HR & Administrative Coordinator
Taller Technologies is looking for an HR & Administrative Coordinator who will coordinate the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs and executes administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations
At this position you will be able to:
- Manage Recruitment and Hiring process.
- Provide services in the fields of: Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management.
- Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR area.
- Organize all administrative tasks of the company
- Supports internal communication.
- Manage Payroll.
Skills and Experience required:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an HR Generalist is required.
- Recruiting experience in the IT field
- Advanced English level
- Responsible, Proactive, problem-solving oriented
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Good working knowledge of HR systems; MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word) and/or Google Apps tools.
