UX Designer - Lima, Perú

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned User Experience Designer with experience in designing and developing Web, mobile and tablet-based User Interfaces. He or she will be responsible for prototyping and implementing our applications interfaces. He or she will be equally passionate about interface design & development, interaction design, information architecture and visual design. His/her work will help us rapidly explore and collaborate with the product design.
As a UX Designer, she/he need to have a strong technical background and work closely with Engineers and Product Owners to design products that are simple but great for the user, focusing on interaction and visual design.
Understand user motivations, market opportunities and competition
Create Storyboards, wireframes, mockups and experience prototypes to guide software development
Collaborate with designers and engineers to define/refine product experiences based on user feedback, tech constraints, market dynamics
Design intuitive user interfaces/applications
Must have excellent English skills, verbal and written.
Strong ability to work across functional teams, including designers, developers, engineers and project managers
Comprehension of user experience, interface design and software development process
Proven experience developing compelling user experiences on the mobile phones and the web
Ability to rapidly analyze and comprehend user and business requirements
Hands on experience as a UI designer or user-experience engineer or architect
Experience on performing usability test
Strong skills with graphic design tools
Experience with Paper Based Prototype
Working well within a team environment: combined local and distributed team effort required in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must also be flexible and open to changing priorities
Excellent time management and prioritization skills on complex activities
Ability to be self-motivated, independent and resourceful
University degree (Computer Science major preferred)
Strong English skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, research, resolve and recommend solutions
Strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills – must remain open and flexible to priority changes
