Kforce: Relationship History as a Sales Engine, Powered by Echo
Unifying two legacy platforms into one searchable relationship record that surfaces warm leads automatically
The Client · Kforce is a professional staffing and consulting firm providing technology, finance, and accounting talent and solutions.

Overview
Kforce engaged Taller to deploy Echo as its sales relationship-intelligence platform, consolidating more than thirty years of accumulated relationship history into one record.
The Problem
Kforce's relationship history sat in two separate platforms, leaving sales reps without a single trustworthy view of any account or contact. Client visits, job orders, send-outs, placements, contact history, and relationship signals all existed somewhere, and reconciling them took manual work few reps could sustain.
That fragmentation cost the firm in three ways: decades of commercial memory stayed passive, high-value signals such as a contact changing jobs or taking a promotion were buried and manual to detect, and new reps started cold, ramping for weeks before meaningful client activity began. For a staffing firm, relationship data is one of the most valuable assets on the books, and this one sat in the archive.
The Solution
Taller integrated Kforce's contact and relationship data from both legacy platforms into one reconciled record set, ingesting more than fifteen years of history and continuing to extend it further back. Records were checked against what reps and leaders already knew from the business, which gave the sales organization a foundation it trusted.
On that foundation, Echo makes every contact and account searchable, with full activity history and prior engagement in one operational view. The platform tracks contacts and detects job-change and promotion events, converting movement in the market into warm leads, and surfaces each one through Teams and in-app notifications with the context a rep needs to re-engage quickly. A dedicated Alumni relationship type flags former Kforce consultants who may become future buyers, influencers, or referral sources. Almighty Chat gives reps a plain-language interface to the whole data set, so a new rep can search by market, role, skill, account, or relationship signal without knowing where the information lives, and opens Echo to a populated, queryable view of the firm's history.
The Impact
Approximately 600 active users now work from a single view of the firm's relationship history, with every contact's full activity record in one searchable set.
Warm-lead detection is now the primary day-to-day use across the Kforce sales organization: job changes and promotions surface automatically, letting reps re-engage before a relationship goes cold. New reps log their first client visits within week one.
