Taller: Running the Full Sales-to-Hire Funnel on Echo

Taller as Echo's first customer, across sales, sourcing, solutioning, and hiring

The Client · Taller is a software engineering and technology services firm.

Professional Services & Staffing
01

Taller adopted Echo across its own sales-to-hire funnel, replacing a fragmented toolchain that included a standalone ATS.

02

Taller's own business carried the operational problems Echo was built to solve. Sales, sourcing, matching, proposals, and hiring workflows lived across separate tools, including a standalone ATS, which produced slower time-to-hire, manual proposal work, inconsistent candidate matching, and no single source of truth across the funnel.

A strategic problem sat alongside the operational one: the company building Echo could not credibly position it as the operating layer for staffing and professional-services firms while running its own business on someone else's stack.

03

Every module Taller sells to clients now runs the equivalent function inside the business: Sales for relationship and pipeline management, Solutioning for matching talent to client needs and building the case for each candidate, and Sourcing for AI matching across the internal candidate base. Proposal generation moved into the platform, replacing manual assembly with on-brand documents produced inside Echo. The ATS migration is underway, and on completion Echo becomes the single system of record for the entire revenue and delivery funnel.

04

Time-to-hire improved, candidate-match accuracy increased, and proposal turnaround accelerated.

Running the business on Echo is the clearest available proof of confidence in the product, and it grounds product direction in lived operating experience. As the first customer, Taller tests the platform against real sales, sourcing, solutioning, and hiring pressure every day, so the roadmap is shaped by a services business that depends on the software working.
