Enterprise Relationship Intelligence for Sales Acceleration

Turning fragmented contacts and account history into a clearer sales signal

The Client · A staffing and professional-services firm

01

Kforce engaged Taller to deploy Echo as its sales relationship-intelligence platform and consolidate the relationship history the firm had accumulated across two systems over more than thirty years.

02

The client had more than 30 years of relationship history spread across two separate platforms, but sales reps had no single trustworthy view of each account or contact. Years of institutional knowledge were hard to search, reconcile, or use day to day. Client visits, job orders, send-outs, placements, contact history, and relationship signals all existed, but they were scattered across systems.

This created three connected problems. The firm’s accumulated relationship history was not easily actionable. High-value signals (a past contact, client stakeholder, or placed consultant changing jobs or being promoted) were buried and had to be spotted manually. And new reps often started cold, without access to the firm’s commercial memory, which slowed their ramp-up and delayed meaningful client activity. For a staffing firm, relationship data was among the most valuable assets in the business; the challenge was turning it from a passive archive into an active sales engine.

03

Taller integrated the client’s data from two legacy platforms into one source of truth, ingesting the full relationship history and continuing to extend coverage further back as the project went on. Records were reconciled against what reps and leaders already knew about the business, creating a trusted data foundation for the sales organization.

On top of that foundation, Echo made every contact and account searchable and usable. Reps could now see full activity history (client visits, job orders, send-outs, placements, relationship type, and prior engagement) from one operational view, instead of searching across systems or relying on individual memory. Echo also tracked contacts and detected job-change and promotion events through LinkedIn, turning movement in the market into warm leads. When a relevant contact changed jobs or was promoted, Echo surfaced the opportunity through Teams and in-app notifications, giving reps immediate context. A dedicated "Alumni" relationship type flagged former consultants who could become future buyers, influencers, or referral sources.

Echo’s AI query interface allowed reps to ask plain-language questions across the firm’s account and relationship data. A new rep could search by market, role, skill, account, or relationship signal without knowing where the information lived, opening Echo to inherit a populated, queryable view of the firm’s history rather than starting with an empty book.

04

Echo unified more than 15 years of relationship data from two platforms into a single view, giving roughly 600 active users one consolidated system with every contact’s full activity history in one searchable record set. New reps logged their first client visits within week one rather than starting without any account history, and warm-lead detection became the primary use of Echo across the sales organization, with contacts surfaced automatically through LinkedIn so reps could re-engage before relationships went cold.
